Dr Shesheer Kumar is the founder Director of RAS Lifesciences. He was awarded a PhD by Osmania Univeristy, Hyderabad in Genetics. Prior to establishing RAS Life sciences, as a Scientist at Shanta Biotechnics, Hyderabad, he was actively engaged in development of recombinant clones for the production of Human Insulin, Streptokinase, EPO, Interferon etc . Dr Kumar was also engaged in development of HCV antigen based kit which required cloning, expression & purification of HCV proteins Core, NS3, NS4 and NS5 genes of Indian isolate in E coli. He held the post of Director at Anoop Labs, Allahabad and instrumental in setting up and management of Molecular Diagnostic Lab. He has several publications to his credit in various National & international Journals.

As founder Director, Dr Rachana Tripathi has a PhD in Molecular Biology awarded by CCMB, Hyderabad. She also worked at IISc, Bangalore as Research student and also gained experience in Advance Cancer Biology at NCI, NIH USA before joining Dr Kumar in establishing RAS Lifesciences. Earlier she was associated with Anoop Labs as Scientist and gained great insight into the different aspects of diagnostics by following several cases. Several of her papers were published in various renowned Journals.
